400. Samuel PURDY Jr.

Samuel Jr. is the fourth generation of Francis1 Purdy.

Will signed April 3, 1793, Proved Sept. 7, 1796 mentions sons Jacob, Henry, Gilbert, Executors son Jacob and William Purdy and the latter's wife Alathier Purdy, daughter of Josiah Purdy and Charity Wetmore. Samuel is buried in the Presbyterian Churchyard in White Plains, New York.


402. Lewis Jr. (Louis) ANGEVINE

Lewis is propably buried in Mount Pleasant Township, Westchester County, NY.


403. Phebe (Phoebe)

Pheobe was still living in 1785, she probably died after 1800 in Mt. Pleasant Township.


448. Joseph (dit la Petite Houpe) LEGER II

Acadia became NS, and Memramcook was in Westmorland County, NB.

His daughter moved to Barachois, NB.

Also Known as Joseph Dit P'Tit Houpe Léger He was part of the attack on Ft. Cumberland during the American Revolution. It seems funny that he fought on the American side during the Revolution, had a price on his head and still came back to the Petitcoudiac River.

In the marriage of his son, Joseph to Marie Goguen, Francois is listed as Joseph. He could be Joseph-Francois.
